RENT
XEO Housing accepts rent payments in the following forms: Cash, Check, Money Order, and Debit Card.
Tenants of XEO Housing are responsible for paying rent in full by the 1st of the month.
If the 1st falls on a weekend or outside of normal office hours, the tenant is responsible for making arrangements to pay ahead of then.
All Rent Payments should be made to "XEO Housing Authority"
Late fees will be waived for the first offence. All offences thereafter will be $50 each.
There is a limit of 6 late payments per adult/household before eviction or lease termination is considered.
XEO Housing rent payments include the following utilities: Gas, Water/Sewer, & Trash.
