XEO Housing Authority Spreads Smiles at Kids’ Valentine’s Day Party

The XEO Housing Authority (XEO) filled the community with laughter and sweetness this past February during its Kids’ Valentine’s Day Party, a cheerful event dedicated to fun, friendship, and creativity.

Kids decorated Valentine’s cards, made colorful crafts, and played games with friends and neighbors.
