Current Job Openings:

PROPERTY MANAGER

  1. Full-time
  2. Salary: $45,000 - $60,000
  3. Description: Oversee daily operations, handle resident inquiries, applications, and leasing processes. Coordinate maintenance requests, enforce community rules and regulations. Maintain accurate & details records and reports related to occupancy, maintenance, and resident issues.
  4. Requirements:
  5. High School Diploma (Associate Degree preferred).
  6. 2+ years of experience in property management, leasing, or related field.
  7. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  8. Familiarity with HUD regulations and housing programs is a plus.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  10. Valid driver's license.










MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

  1. Full-time
  2. Salary: $40,000 – $56,000
  3. Description: Performs maintenance and repair of housing units, common areas, and community facilities. Responds to resident maintenance requests and ensures properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained. Operates hand and power tools, and assists with groundskeeping and minor repairs.
  4. Requirements:
  5. High school diploma or GED.
  6. Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).
  7. Experience in building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or general repair preferred.
  8. Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
  9. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

COMMUNITY PROGRAM ASSISTANT

  1. Part-time
  2. Salary: $17 - $20 per hour
  3. Description: Supports the planning and execution of community programs and events for residents. Assists with setup, registration, and engagement during activities, and helps provide information about housing services and resources.
  4. Requirements:
  5. High School Diploma or GED.
  6. Strong communication and customer service skills.
  7. Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for events.
  8. Comfortable assisting with light physical tasks, such as setting up tables and chairs.
  9. Friendly, dependable, and committed to supporting residents.
