The XEO Housing Authority provides housing assistance to low-income individuals and families.
The following information is used to determine eligibility:
- Annual gross income.
- Whether you qualify as elderly, a person with a disability, or a family.
- U.S. citizenship or eligible immigration status.
- Background screening results.
- Rental history.
Please note: Meeting eligibility requirements does not guarantee housing. Availability is limited. Eligible applicants may be put on a waiting list, and preferences may be given to certain groups (such as veterans or those with urgent housing needs).
We follow the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines for eligibility.
