By following all XEO Housing Authority Policies, tenants can help keep their community safe, respectful, and a positive place for everyone to live.










RENT PAYMENTS

Tenant of XEO Housing are responsible for paying rent in full by the 1st of the month. If the 1st falls on a weekend or outside of normal office hours, the tenant is responsible for making arrangements to pay ahead of then.


Late fees will be waived for the first offence. All offences thereafter will be $50 each. There is a limit of 6 late payments per adult/household before eviction or lease termination is considered.

MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS

Our Property Director & Property Managers work hard to keep all homes safe and in good condition. It is the responsibility of the tenant to keep their apartment in a clean and safe condition and to report any maintenance issues promptly.

SAFETY & SECURITY

Tenants may not share their gated entry codes with anyone outside their household. If a guest is visiting who needs an entry code, please speak to your Property Manager to receive a guest code.


Please report any suspicious activity. Working together helps keep the community secure.


Illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action, including eviction/termination of the tenant's lease.

PET POLICY

XEO Housing Tenants are permitted to own pets. Tenants must submit an application and receive approval from their Property Manager before moving a pet into their unit. Each unit is permitted at most 2 pets.


Only the following pets are allowed:

  1. Dogs
  2. Cats
  3. Fish
  4. Birds
  5. Small Rodents


Please note: the term "pet" does not include service, assistive, support, or therapy animals.

GUESTS & OCCUPANCY

Guests are welcome, but visits longer than 3 days will require approval from your Property Manager. If your guest needs an entry code, please speak to your Property Manager to receive a guest code.


Only approved residents may live in the units.
